CSD 001 -- WHITE OVAL [ID: 1253]
Not Currently Tracking
Submitted by : Rinjani-37 on 2017-08-24 10:50 UT
Scientifically: It is a distinct white oval in higher latitudes that should be visible in small, ground-based telescopes, thus allowing its evolution to be tracked by both JunoCam and those telescopes. Artistically: Its distinctness and symmetry offer possibilities for incorporating it into artistic works.
