This bright orange spot seems to be sitting right on the border between two different atmospheric streams. It would be interesting to see how it interacts with both of them. Perhaps it is formed by the two of them "mixing"?

On the outter most layer it contains an abundance of gases methane sulfate and ammonia with that coupled with its magnetic as well as gravitational influences i believe all those white spots are highly concentrated areas
Or maybe the change in pressure and temperature gradients or a possible tidal force from one of its many moons.
Maybe like a mixing like salt and fresh water at Estuaries?
