Description
The best conditions for imaging I've had with the C8 so far this summer, although it got a little worse by the time I got to recording methane data. Notes: The North Temperate Belt has a small red spot just west of the central meridian. White Oval Z is bright on its north side. The Equatorial Zone is still orange and has lots of activity on it's boundary with the North Equatorial Belt. The Great Red spot is front and center. More than half of the long and faint STB Spectre has passed the GRS. Io is approaching occultation as Ganymede emerges from behind Jupiter.
